At Afnan Perfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, items can be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unopened packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization code.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the unused perfume bottle in its original box and protective cellophane to ensure it is not damaged during transit.
Ship the Item
Send your package to our designated return center using a trackable shipping service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
